English: William K. "Bill" Parker (born 1944) is an American former politician. A longtime resident of Anchorage, Alaska, Parker represented Anchorage as a Democratic member of the Alaska House of Representatives for several terms in the 1970s. He was also a social worker and is the brother-in-law of Jake Metcalfe. |
