Summary[edit]
| Description | A view of the western portion of Pella's Migdol Temple which would have once housed the temple's 'Holy of Holies'. In the background work continues to investigate a large multi-roomed complex dating to the Iron Age (ca. 900 BC). It is believed that this complex was the temple workshop (many loom weights have been uncovered) and storeroom (many large storage vessels have also been uncovered). |
