Description
English: Anise Breze are typical of Oberfranken, especially in the Berneck, Weidenberg, Creußen area. They are baked from Autumn to Easter and served in inns, which have Breze weeks or sold in bakeries.
Deutsch: Die Anisbreze ist ein typisch oberfränkisches Gebäck, speziell in der Region Bad Berneck, Weidenberg, Creußen. Sie werden vom Herbst bis Ostern gebacken und während der Brezenwochen in den entsprechenden Wirtshäusern gereicht oder in Bäckereien verkauft.
