English: There is a lot of social and financial manipulation through money via monetary policy and fiscal policy but the determinant of wealth is how much people serve each other and on what level. Poor countries and underserved communities are poor for the simple fact that they are not serving each other enough and at a high and productive enough level. A lot of people think countries are poor because they don't have enough money, they have their own currency and many countries have tried to print their way to success and that does't work because it will cause inflation etc. The only way for a community or a country to be more wealthy is to serve each other more and at a higher level.
