| Description |
English: Watch where you put your feet A line of causey stones on the line of an ancient packhorse route near Whirlaw Common, also forming part of the Calderdale Way. At least the blocks of millstone grit are down there somewhere. The state of the causey is probably not helped by several weeks of rain leaving at least a boots depth of mud and water over the top. The sedge suggests this has long been a boggy section. |
