Near the junction with High Road, Tottenham. Possibly dumped rubbish or maybe from some sort of roadworks. I reported the street nameplate signs on both sides of the road, because they were only readable with difficulty. ────────────────── From a <a href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/alanstanton/sets/72157646947586553">set of photos</a> in South Tottenham - 8 October 2014. ────────────────── Supposedly "our streets are now among the cleanest in London and resident satisfaction is at its highest ever level". This is a quotation from the May 2014 Election manifesto of Cllr Claire Kober the "Leader" of Haringey Council and one of the local Seven Sisters ward councillors.
