Description
English: War shelter, Pendennis Castle. Looking down to the War Shelter from the roof of the Henrician Castle. The War Shelter was built as a gunpowder store, probably in the 1730s. It was adapted in the 1890s to provided a shelter for gunners manning the nearby One Gun Battery.
