Description Eine Wanderfahne als Auszeichnung innerhalb des DDR-Stadtkreises von Pirna als Kreisstadt. Die Wanderfahne hatte den Sinnn meist bei Aufbauleistungen gezeigt zu werden. Wo am meisten gebaut wurde oder wo etwas viel an Erzeugnissen war.
