Summary[edit]
DescriptionWachholderheide Verbuschung NSG-Buttenhausener-Eichhalde Gr-Lautertal Schwaebische-Alb.jpg |
Deutsch: 1,8km langer Hang einer Wacholderheide, NSG 4.246, Buttenhausener Eichhalde an der Großen Lauter, N von Buttenhausen, Schwäbische Alb. Das Naturschutzgebiet ist unterschiedlich geprägt durch Halbtrockenrasen, Wiesen, Steinriegel, Hecken, Gebüsche und Wald. English: Calcareous grassland at river Große Lauter. The heath is legally protected by Naturschutzgebiet. The fence shows increasing ecological succession on its left side, while regular sheep grazing on the right maintains the typical heath character of many places of the Swabian Alb. State funds try to revive sheep keeping. |
