Deutsch: Villa Dr. Julius Gensel in der Hillerstraße 3 im Leipziger Bachviertel

Julius Gensel wirkte nicht nur als Notar und Rechtsanwalt, sondern war zugleich auch Sekretär der (Industrie- und) Handelskammer Leipzig

1883 ließ er sich von dem Berliner Architekten Heinrich Stöckardt seine repräsentative Villa in der Leipziger Hillerstraße 3 errichten.
