Description
English: The Vietnamese coastal steamer Dong Hai loaded with refugees off Vung Tau, Vietnam, in late April 1975. This ship fired on the U.S. Military Sea Transportation Service ship USNS Sgt. Andrew Miller (T-AK-242) and tried to ram the guided missile destroyer USS Henry B. Wilson (DDG-7) to be able to offload the refugees.
