Description
English: Lieutenant Victor Eubank of the U.S. Signal Corps where he worked at the Army War College editing propaganda films and news releases from France. Eubank was supervising director of Essanay Film Manufacturing Co. at the start of WWI, and after the war returned to that same position. On page 471 of the January 25, 1919 Moving Picture World.
