Description

ATLANTA HISTORY CENTER AND MUSEUM, Atlanta, Nov. 11, 2014- 92-year old Retired Air Force Col. Paul Koshewa, renders honors to Brig. Gen. John F. King, Director of the Joint Staff, Georgia National Guard following the Atlanta History Center’s Veterans Day program.

Koshewa has been decorated in three wars, WWII, Korea and Vietnam and spent 13 years of his 30 year military career as a pilot on Dobbins Air Reserve Base.

Exchanging their ‘down range’ stories, King shook the hand of the Purple Heart recipient with the words, “it is you sir, that I honor.”
