Deutsch: Straßenbahnwagen von C.L. Pullman Car Co.; gebaut in Chicago ca. um das Jahr 1890. Dieser Wagen ist konzipiert für den gemischten Betrieb; das bedeutet, dass er sowohl durch Akkumulatoren, als auch durch Oberleitungen gespeist werden kann.

Es ist ein vierachsiger Wagen mit Decksitzen. In der Mitte befinden sich zwei Eingänge zu den unteren Räumen, sowie eine zweitheilige Treppe zu den Decksitzen.

Der Wagen ist 13 Fuß hoch (entspricht 4 m); das Gewicht beträgt 15 Tonnen ohne Batterie. Angetrieben wird der Wagen durch vier Elektromotoren von Westinghouse Electric mit je 34 PS. Der Wagen bietet 90 Sitz- und 60 Stehplätze. Auf dem Dach befinden sich zwei Stromabnehmer; je einen für für eine Fahrrichtung. Der Wagenführer steht oben auf dem Deck.
