This figure details the major signaling pathways involved in vasculogenic mimicry.

Summary[edit]

Description
English: The signaling pathways involved in vascular mimicry are shown with their relevant components. Vascular signaling (purple) promotes the secretion of pro-migratory signals. Stem cell signaling (blue) promotes gene expression which de-differentiates the cell. Hypoxia (green) is involved throughout both pathways due to its downstream regulation of important cell signaling molecules.
