Italiano: È composta da uno zoccolo in plastica (?bachelite?) con 7 piedini in metallo disposti lungo la circonferenza e un piedino/guida in plastica centrale (zoccolo octal). Sopra lo zoccolo un bulbo cilindrico in vetro sotto vuoto contiene anodi, catodi, griglia e filamenti. Infine nella parte alta del bulbo è presente un terminale metallico.
Funzione
Questa valvola costruita dall'azienda inglese Marconi era utilizzata per i circuiti di ricezione radiofonici con diversi scopi: amplificazione e rivelazione. La valvola poteva essere usata come doppio diodo o come triodo amplificatore o rivelatore. Le caratteristiche principali sono: tensione di filamento 6,3 V; corrente di filamento 0,3 A; Tensione anodica 100 V; tensione di griglia -1 V; corrente anodica 0,8 mA.
