Deutsch: „Bischof Ernst von Halberstadt übereignet dem Kloster Huysburg unter Abt Jasper (Edler von Berwynkel) und Prior Dietrich eine Kurie auf der Vogtei in Halberstadt, den der Knappe Johann von Dorstadt dem Bischof aufgelassen hat. 6. Oktober 1400“. – Abt Jasper hatte diesen großen Hof (sog. Abtshof), bestehend aus 13–14 Häuser und zwei anliegende Häuser neben der Gebhards-Straße für 46 Mark von Johann von Dorstadt gekauft. Mit dieser Urkunde bestätigt der Bischof den Kauf und befreit außerdem Abtshof und Häuser von allen Vogteilasten. – Anhängend das Siegel von Abt Jasper (links) und das Konventsiegel von Kloster Huysburg. Es zeigt die auf einem Thron sitzende Maria mit dem auf ihrem li. Schenkel stehende Kind. An ihrer Seite begleiten sie zur Linken die hl. Maria Magdalena und zu ihrer Rechten der hl. Gregor. Umschrift: +SIGILLVM•SANCTE• MARIE•VIRGINIS•IN HVYSBVRCH. |
