Голубые оттенки для флага уранийцев были выбраны исходя из того, что для символического изображения мужчин и уранийцев в частности используются именно эти цвета. А заодно расставим точки над "i" в вопросе флагов уранийцев (и трансгендеров). Голубой цвет для обозначения мужчин — это не гендерный стереотип; это гендерная символика, точно также как и Щит с копьём Марса. "Мальчики должны одеваться только в холодные цвета" — вот это гендерный стереотип. Целью создания этого флага было повышение субъектности уранийского сообщества как отдельной части всего квир-сообщества и осознание уранийцами своих собственных специфичных проблем — таких как уранифобия и мизандрия (гендерные стереотипы о мужчинах) в целом, мужская расходность, демонизация уранийцев с обвинениям в растлении детей, садизме и других недопустимых извращениях, двойные стандарты на отношение к бисексуальности и би-любопытству, проблемы с репродуктивными правами и возможностями (доступ к услугам суррогатного материнства, создание искусственной утробы и репродуктивная независимость мужчин в целом), целый ряд стран, где запрещена только мужская гомосексуальность, жёсткие рамки для нежной тактильной мужской дружбы и гендерная "мужская коробка" в целом.English: The flag consists of shades of blue and is mirrored.
