Notes | The portrait of a lady in Spanish saya, a member of the Sanseverino family with a dog, possibly depicts Isabella Feltria della Rovere (1554-1619), who in 1565 in Naples married Niccolo Berardino di Sanseverino (1541-1606), Prince of Bisignano. Due to similarity of coat of arms, attire and traces of inscription the effigy is also identifed as portrait of Cecilia Renata of Austria (1611-1644), Queen of Poland. Identification of the sitter by Marcin Latka (Artinpl), 10.12.2021. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
