English: YOKOSUKA, Japan (Aug. 29, 2010) A Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force MH-60J helicopter lands at Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka to deliver a simulated casualty to a U.S. Naval Hospital Yokosuka ambulance and crew during the annual Tokyo metropolitan government disaster drill. The hospital demonstrated its proficiency in accepting medically evacuated patients from other regions of Japan during the drill.
