English: BOSTON, Mass. (July 3, 2010) Cmdr. Stephen Fuller, right, commanding officer of the guided-missile frigate USS Hawes (FFG 53) and a National Park Service ranger prepare to place a wreath in the water to honor World War II Sailors killed aboard USS Cassin Young (DD-793) during a kamikaze attach. The ceremony took place at Charlestown Navy yard as part of Boston Navy Week. Navy Weeks are designed to show Americans the investment they have made in their Navy and increase awareness in cities that do not have a significant Navy presence.
