Description
English: PACIFIC OCEAN (July 29, 2007) - Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Equipment) 2nd Class Jack Renton, of Estacada, Ore., stands rotary watch for a bow catapult in USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63) number 2 catapult engine room. Renton maintains hydraulic pressure for catapult number 2's retraction engine. The retraction engine brings the aircraft launching mechanism to a resting position before the next launch.
