(April 28, 2005) - Musician 3rd Class Frank Spencer, left, sings as Musician 1st Class Stan Dunlap plays trombone during a performance outside Franklin Field at the University of Pennsylvania's Penn Relays. The musicians of Navy Band Northeast are performing as part of Philadelphia Navy Week, a weeklong series of events organized by the Navy Office of Community Outreach (NAVCO). The Penn Relays is the nation's oldest and largest track-and-field competition for U.S. high schools and colleges.
