English: Yogin, Republic of Korea (Mar. 22, 2005) – U.S. Army 1st Lieutenant Willie Shelton, right, U.S. Army Sgt. Margaret Frazier, center, and Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Miguel Mata train together at Third Republic of Korea Army Base, on how to decontaminate a chemical, biological, nuclear patient during Reception, Staging, Onward movement, and Integration/Foal Eagle exercises (RSO&I/Foal Eagle). RSO&I is a complex multi-phase exercise conducted annually, tailored to train, test, and demonstrate United States and Republic of Korea force projection and deployment capabilities.
