English: Northrop Grumman Ship Systems (NGSS) Pascagoula, MS. (Apr. 18, 2002) -- Mess Specialist Seaman Len Edwards puts the finishing touches on a large brass plaque, bearing the names of each Sailor killed in the October 12, 2000, terrorist attack, while the ship was refueling in the port city of Aden, Yemen. The plaque represents a centerpiece for newly completed “Hall of Heroes” aboard ship. The Cole has been in Pascagoula for the past 14 months undergoing repairs and is scheduled to begin a return to her homeport of Norfolk, Virginia, on April 19, 2002.
