English: 020115-N-5636P-001 Camp X-Ray, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (Jan. 15, 2002) -- The Honorable Gordon England, Secretary of the Navy (center) tours facilities at Camp X-Ray, to see first hand the conditions provided Taliban and Al Qaida detainees. The Secretary met with base officials concerning the progress of current and future construction at the camp. Currently 158 detainees have been transferred from holding facilities in Afghanistan, and are considered some of the most radical and dangerous currently in U.S. custody.
