Description
English: Two plaques on 2 Rumford Place, Liverpool. The upper commemorates "those who left Britain to participate in the American Civil War", and the lower, those who served on the CSS Shenandoah from 1864 - 1865. The ship was surrended at Liverpool in 1865.
