English: Maj. Gen. Yves Fontaine, commanding general, U.S. Army Sustainment Command at Rock Island Arsenal, Ill., started the 12th annual Quad Cities Marathon in downtown Moline, Ill., Sept. 27. The 26.2-mile run started and ended in downtown Moline, and covered five races, four cities, three bridges, two states and one island - the Army's Rock Island Arsenal. The marathon is a United States of America Track and Field-certified course and Boston Marathon qualifier. |
