English: The U.S. Navy light aircraft carrier USS Saipan (CVL-48) tied up at Toulouse Street Wharf, New Orleans, Louisiana (USA). Saipan visite New Orleans over Mardi Gras 1947. Note that the carrier still appears to be painted in wartime Camouflage Measure 21.
