Description
English: The U.S. Navy guided missile cruiser USS Richmond K. Turner (DLG-20) during a visit to Canadian Forces Base Esquimalt, British Columbia, circa in late September 1964. Following her commissioning on 13 June 1964, Richmond K. Turner had just arrived at her new homeport San Diego, California (USA), on 11 September 1964.
Original caption: "The guided missile frigate of today is a ship the size of a light cruiser. This is USS Richmond K. Turner on a recent visit to Esquimalt."
