Description
English: The U.S. Navy destroyer leader USS Norfolk (DL-1) and the heavy cruiser USS Newport News (CA-148) underway in the mid-1950s. Note the SPS-12 radar aft aboard Norfolk. It was replaced with the experimental SPS-26 in 1957.
