Description 021120-N-7267C-009 At sea with USS Carl Vinson -- The guided missile frigate USS Ingraham (FFG 61) sails away after completing a replenishment at sea (RAS) evolution with the nuclear aircraft carrier Carl Vinson. Both ships are currently underway off the south western coast of California conducting training in preparation for their next regular scheduled deployment.
