Description ARABIAN GULF (Sept. 24, 2014) – Electrician’s Mates aboard dock landing ship USS Comstock (LSD 45) stand at attention for a uniform inspection on the ship’s forecastle. Comstock is a part of the Makin Island Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and, with the embarked 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), is deployed in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
