Description
English: Master Chief April Beldo, command master chief of the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson, compliments Petty Officer 2nd Class Joel Carlson, mass communication specialist, on his haircut before his re-enlistment ceremony during a steel beach picnic. Carl Vinson is taking part in Southern Seas 2010, a U.S. Southern Command-directed operation that provides U.S. and international forces the opportunity to operate in a multi-national environment.
