Description ARABIAN GULF (Nov. 28, 2013) Machinist Mate Fireman Dustin Viehe, right, assigned to the guided-missile destroyer USS Carney (DDG 64), explains the capabilities of a 7-meter rigid-hull inflatable boat (RHIB) to Intelligence Specialist 3rd Class Stephen Strain, middle, and John Candelora, both assigned to Commander, Task Unit (CTU) 56.9.1. CTU-56.9.1 is deployed as part of Commander, Task Force 56, supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
