Retired Air Force Gen. Douglas Fraser and retired Army Command Sgt. Maj. Patrick Alston pose with General Officers from all branches of the armed services for a photo during a U.S. Space Command capstone event, April 27, 2022, at Peterson Space Force Base, Colo.
