Description
English: 220427-N-TP834-1006 Retired Air Force Gen. Douglas Fraser and retired Army Command Sgt. Maj. Patrick Alston pose with General Officers from all branches of the armed services for a photo during a U.S. Space Command capstone event, April 27, 2022, at Peterson Space Force Base, Colo. Fraser and Alston are senior mentors during the capstone five-week course focusing on the employment of U.S. forces in joint and combined operations. The curriculum examines major issues affecting national security decision making, military strategy, joint and combined doctrine, interoperability and key allied nation issues. USSPACECOM strengthens our integrated deterrence by providing space warfighting options that preserve the competitive advantage of the U.S. and our allies while promoting security and stability in space.
