Ninety Marines and sailors graduated as class 13-09 alongside Seifert . More than 15,000 service members have graduated from Pendleton's noncommissioned officers program since its inception in 1996, according to Gunnery Sgt. Michael J. Brown, chief instructor, Corporal's Course, Camp Pendleton. The course is unique to the Corps and exists in no other branch of the Armed Services. In addition to Camp Pendleton, current schools exist at Marine Corps installations in North Carolina, Hawaii and Virginia. |
