English: GUANTANAMO BAY, Cuba – Coast Guard Petty Officer 2nd Class John Evert, a machinery technician with Coast Guard Reserve Port Security Unit 307 performs routine maintenance on a Viper patrol boat motor here, Nov. 18, 2008.
