Description
English: U.S. Airmen with the 139th Security Forces Squadron, Missouri Air National Guard, secure an entry point to a levee near Lake Contrary in St. Joseph, Mo., March 20, 2019. An increase in water levels of surrounding rivers and waterways caused by record-setting snow and rainfall over the winter caused widespread flooding across the midwest.
