| Description |
English: United States Air Force 633rd Special Operations Wing emblem. Designed by SSgt. Michael Tusoni while stationed at Pleiku Air Base. Tusoni retired in 2005 as a Lt. Colonel and presently resides in Rhode Island (8 August 2010). The 633d Special Operations Wing emblem was not designed as part of Sergeant Tusoni's required duties. He was indeed the only illustrator assigned to Pleiku Air Base at that time, but he designed it during his own free time and submitted it in the Wing Emblem contest. His design was selected and his reward was $50 and a weekend in Hong Kong. |
