Andy Martinez, from San Juan, Puerto Rico, poses for a photo after receiving the Joint Service Commendation Medal March 20, 2013, for his role in rescuing seven U.S. Marines after their Sea Knight helicopter crashed on routine operations in Thailand, during the annual Cobra Gold exercise Feb. 20, 2013, in Dongducheon, South Korea.
