Sudan People's Liberation Army, or SPLA, Sgt. John Pouth, provides medical care to another soldier during a Tactical Casualty Combat Care Medical Training Train-the-Trainer course at the SPLA Engineer Headquarters in Juba, South Sudan, Aug. 22, 2012.
