Family: Asclepiadaceae Local name: Meka meyyani aaku.

A twiner commonly found in scrub forests. Flowers in axilary fascicles, Normally the flowers are yellow with a pink throat. But this variety the flowers are completely pink and relatively smaller in size. Leaves are used for the treatment of asthma.
