Two of the 12 boats of the Wilbur boat Club leaving Fort Spokane area for a Club cruise up the Spokane River Arm of Lake Roosevelt. 151 miles of cruising waters are available for boating but lack adequate service facilities such as gasoline and supplies. Taken at Fort Spokane by Arthur Holmes. Taken 1956.
