Description New Orleans: Building at 1115 Prytania Street, nicknamed "Twigs House". At the time of this 1907 photograph it was serving as the temporary New Orleans Public Library during construction of the new Main Public Library building on Lee Circle a few blocks away. (After the Library moved to the new building in 1908 the building was purchased by the Woman's League. More recently it has housed condominums.)
