Description

The photo takes a look behind the scenes at the instrument used by the engineering technician to machine parts. The machine tool is called a Turret Milling Machine. It is used to create components that do not currently exist, or to modify existing items to fit the required need. This photo captures the technician positioning a drill bit on the precise center of an air manifold body in preparation to machine the main cavity.
