Dorsett 'Tubby' Graves served as the University of Washington (UW) baseball coach from 1923-1946. He had successfully coached at University of Alabama, Texas A&M, and Montana State College prior to effectively leading UW through many winning seasons. In this mid-1920s photograph of Graves, he is posing at Denny Field on the University of Washington campus.
