Summary[edit]

Description Proctors Theater has sat empty since the late 1970s and is sort of indicative of Troy. Nonetheless, probably due to the density of the place it's still a somewhat vital little city. Most shops are occupied and there's a good deal of people living in and around the downtown. Moreover, it feels fairly safe as well.
