Notes | Trousers, part of Medical Corps uniform of 3-273 Colonel Donald NW Murray CMG DSO Dr Donald NW Murray enlisted with the NZ Medical Corps on 5 August 1914, the day war was declared and left New Zealand with the Main Body on 16 October 1914. Murray had already served in South Africa with the Royal Army Medical Corps and from 1908 served with the New Zealand Volunteers. During WW2 he again served with the NZ Medical Corps.
