Description
English: Illustration from the book Wärend och Wirdarne (1863) by Gunnar Olof Hyltén-Cavallius. To achieve a mental state of euphoria the witches used a psychoactive drug, kept in vessels like this horn. This particular vessel belonged to a witch called "Kapten Elin", later kept in the Göta court of appeal.
